Adam Mikesell is an innovative technology leader with a proven track record of managing cross functionally throughout IT, reducing costs, increasing efficiencies and automation at a Fortune 500 company level. Instrumental leader in management of IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, IT Innovation, IT Project Delivery/Management, IT Staff Management, Enterprise Technology and ITIL based Service Delivery Organizations. Leads, develops and manages internal and external facing IT service organizations.

Adam Mikesell has many interests and activities. Adam enjoys leadership theories, principles, application and development. He believes everyone is a leader in some capacity, whether they realize it or not. Leadership traits and skills can be learned and honed to positively impact others, both personally and professionally. He has dedicated much of his adult life and education on leadership and management, completing a Master of Arts in Innovative Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Management. Adam is interested in all aspects of technology, whether commercial or consumer. He has an insatiable desire to work and lead in technologies including inspiring others to create this enjoyment in their lives. Outside of the professional technology arena, he volunteers time to teach children about technology, assist people with disabilities, helping the elderly and assisting non-profit organizations. Adam enjoys spending time with his family, friends and community. He likes to be surrounded by family and friends in most of his activities. His list of favorites include: science fiction, fishing, hiking, barbecuing, cooking, cycling, movies, great TV, dining, board games, card games, video games, gaming, writing, blogging and learning. He spends many hours a week researching and learning about a variety of topics that interest him and sharing it with others.
